Nascent was asked to create a dual-purpose animation that clearly illustrates both an MOD & MOA together: the role of the complement system in disease pathology, and the clinical significance of a novel complement inhibitor. Early on in the process, it was clear that using a simplified and abstracted visual style for the hero inhibitor would have the most visual impact. This project was a very unique and special opportunity, where we were able to explore the relationships between high-science and conceptualization in medical art.
